2200 creature animations, 6-8 animators, 1 year. Is there anything more to say? I had to coordinate all of that and animate loops myself as well. I don’t know how often I looked at each of the motions and how many comments I wrote. In the end it worked out and the animators developed some muscles in working fast.
What I enjoyed the most was that within all those “rrrah-I’m-evil”-animations, there were always times when we were allowed to be funny with the animations.
